ServantMind is a stewardship community, not a success system. We pursue wisdom over outcomes, faithfulness over growth, and formation over optimization. In this pursuit, we seek to form business leaders and stewards in wisdom, faithfulness, and integrity—for life, work, and leadership.

At ServantMind, we beliveve that modern leadership theories ask work to do what it cannot do. The ServantMind Network membership is our answer.

    These conversations emphasize:

    • Naming where you are actually starting

    • Integrating theology with real vocational pressures

    • Growth without pretense, performance, or self-promotion

    This is accompaniment, not coaching.

    (Integrated with select Mechanical Arts Program events)

    • Fall: Texas (first week of October)

    • Winter: Florida (third week of January)

    • Spring: Princeton / Philadelphia (April 13–15, 2026)

    • Summer: Idaho (last full week of June)

  • MAP-Integrated Formation Experiences

    ServantMind gatherings incorporate Mechanical Arts Program practices such as:

    • Service

    • Mentorship

    • Woodworking

    • Gardening and permaculture

    These practices reinforce a simple truth: formation is embodied, not abstract.

  • Digital Community Access

    Members receive access to the ServantMind digital community (planned via Circle), including:

    • Thoughtful member discussions

    • A growing teaching library

    • Q&A threads

    Event coordination and shared life

    The platform is intentionally designed to resist distraction and promote meaningful presence—not endless scrolling.
